The Simple Version

You see a full preview before you pay anything. No credit card required. If you don't like it, close the tab. And if you do pay and change your mind, you've got a 7-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee. Here's exactly how.

Free Preview — No Risk

Every redesign starts with a free, interactive preview. You see exactly what your new site will look like before you spend a penny. No credit card, no account required. If you don't like the result, there's nothing to refund — you never paid.

Preview files stick around for 7 days. We'll send 2 or 3 short reminder emails during that week so you don't lose track, then the preview auto-deletes. Your account stays — sign back in any time and start a new preview, and we'll remember your details so you don't start from scratch.

One-Time Setup Fees

The setup fee ($299 flat, regardless of which path you picked) is charged when you approve your preview and proceed to checkout.

7-day money-back guarantee. Paid and changed your mind? Email support@siteglowup.ai within 7 days of checkout and we'll refund the full $299 — no exit survey, no retention call, no “before you go” form. We process refunds within 1 business day; your bank takes another 3–10 to post it. You keep your site files either way.

After the 7-day window, the setup fee is non-refundable — provisioning is automatic and immediate (AWS resources, your CloudFront distribution, and hosting are all live within seconds of checkout), so the cost is already incurred. Monthly hosting stays cancel-anytime regardless.

Monthly Platform Fee ($10+/mo)

• Cancel anytime — billing stops immediately.
• We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
• If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA, you receive automatic credits on your next invoice. No form required.

AWS Hosting Costs

AWS infrastructure costs are passed through at cost with no markup. These are real charges from Amazon for serving your website. We cannot refund AWS costs because they're not our revenue — they're direct infrastructure expenses shown transparently on your invoice.

Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are non-refundable. When you register a domain through us we pay AWS for it upfront, and that charge can't be reversed — so it's separate from the 7-day money-back guarantee on your setup fee. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours: keep it, transfer it to any registrar, or point it wherever you like.

AI Change Requests ($0.50/prompt)

You never pay for the AI's mistakes. Here's how it works:

• You describe what you want in plain English.
• The AI generates a preview of the change.
• You can refine your request as many times as you need — no charge for revisions.
• You only get charged when you approve the result and it goes live.

If you approve a change and it doesn't match what was shown in the preview, contact us and we'll fix it or refund the charge.

AI Blog Generation ($1.00/post)

Blog posts are charged after successful generation. If the generated post is unusable (garbled output, completely off-topic, or fails to generate), you won't be charged. Generated posts can start as drafts for your review, or you can enable auto-publish on a schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). If you enable auto-publish, posts go live without manual review — you're responsible for the content on your site, though you can always edit or unpublish any post from your dashboard.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@siteglowup.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Our Commitment

We built SiteGlowUp to be the opposite of the companies that make it easy to sign up and impossible to leave. If something isn't right, tell us. We'd rather refund you and keep your trust than nickel-and-dime you on a technicality.
