1. What You're Agreeing To

By using SiteGlowUp (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these terms. SiteGlowUp is a product of Fireproof Studio LLC, registered at 212 W. Troy St., STE B, Dothan, AL 36303. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We keep it that simple.

2. What We Do

SiteGlowUp is an AI-powered platform that builds, redesigns, and hosts websites for small businesses. We use artificial intelligence (currently powered by AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude) to generate website designs, content, and images. The output is AI-generated — not hand-crafted by a human designer.

3. Pricing

• One-time setup: $299 flat for either path you pick — Keep My Site or Redesign My Site. Every page included.
• Monthly platform fee: $10/month base hosting plus AWS usage, itemized on your invoice — our $10/mo platform base plus AWS pass-through (typically $1–3, so $11–13/month total). This covers the AI tools, monitoring dashboard, change request system, and automation.
• AWS hosting: Your actual infrastructure cost, passed through and itemized on your invoice. Typically under $3/month for most sites.
• AI changes: Every site gets 5 free AI changes to start. After that, changes are $1.00 each, blog/portfolio conversions are $1.00 each, and an AI-generated blog post is $1.00. A logo swap is free. You only pay for what you use.
• Support: Free, included with every site. Open a ticket from your dashboard or email support@siteglowup.ai — a real support engineer replies. No premium-support tier, no per-ticket fee.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Any price change applies to your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Monthly billing begins after your site is provisioned. If a payment fails, we'll email you with a link to update your card. After 5 days of failed payment, your site goes offline. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted. We send reminders at each stage.

There is no upfront setup fee. Your site is built and put live for free, and monthly billing begins only if you choose to keep it. Monthly platform fees and AWS pass-through costs are cancel-anytime but are not refunded for time already served. The one-time Published upgrade is optional — it connects your own domain, removes our badge, and makes the site indexable — and is non-refundable once provisioned, because provisioning is immediate and automatic. Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable — they're real upfront charges from AWS — but any domain you register stays registered in your name. AI credit purchases are non-refundable: credits are added to your balance the moment you buy them, and the purchase is final whether or not you've spent them. Credits never expire — they're yours as long as your account is active; if the account closes, any unused balance goes with it. Free signup credits and the credits included with Growth aren't purchased and have no cash value. If a credit purchase is disputed or reversed, we remove the matching credits from your balance. 5. You Own Your Files

Your website files are standard HTML, CSS, and images. You own them. If you leave, you take everything with you. We don't use proprietary formats, and we don't hold your site hostage. Your content, your business name, your photos — all yours.

We retain a license to host and serve your content while you're a customer. That license ends when you cancel.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard, by opening a free support ticket, or by emailing support@siteglowup.ai. No contracts. No cancellation fees. No guilt trip.

• Billing stops immediately when you cancel.
• You get 5 days to download your site files.
• We send reminders on day 1 and day 4.
• After 5 days, all files, DNS records, and site data are permanently deleted. No recovery.

7. Uptime

Your site runs on AWS CloudFront and S3, the same infrastructure behind some of the largest sites on the internet, so uptime is excellent. We monitor it 24/7 and alert you if anything happens. We do not offer a formal uptime SLA or service credits.

8. AI-Generated Content

Website designs, copy, blog posts, and images generated by our platform are created by AI. While we work to ensure quality, AI output may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that needs revision. That's why every new account comes with 5 free credits and why you always preview before paying.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated copy.

9. Referral Program

Refer someone to SiteGlowUp and you both get a $20 credit when they complete their first purchase. No cap on referrals. Credits apply to your monthly invoices. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or end the referral program with 30 days' notice.

10. Acceptable Use

Don't use SiteGlowUp to host, distribute, sell, link to, or facilitate:

• Illegal content or illegal activity of any kind under the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report all CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and cooperate fully with law enforcement. Accounts are terminated immediately on first credible report, without notice.
• Sexually explicit material, pornography, adult content, or escort/sex-work services — regardless of legality in your jurisdiction. (Our AWS infrastructure and payment processors prohibit it across the board.)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people, or sexualized imagery generated to depict real identifiable individuals without explicit consent.
• Hate speech, content inciting violence, or content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or publication of another person's private information without their consent.
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide, or that depicts gratuitous violence or gore.
• Malware, phishing pages, scam pages, fraudulent commerce, or spam — including distribution, hosting, or technical infrastructure for any of the above.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or pirated software / media.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, or other regulated goods in any way that does not comply with applicable law and our payment processors' Acceptable Use Policies (Stripe's Restricted Businesses list, Square's prohibited categories, etc.).
• Unlicensed gambling, lottery, sweepstakes, or unregistered financial services (crypto exchanges, unlicensed money transmission, ICOs, etc.).
• Intellectual-property infringement — content you don't have the rights to use, copyright violation, trademark misuse, or counterfeit branding.
• Abuse of the AI system — prompt injection attacks, automated scraping of the platform, attempting to extract model weights or system prompts, or using the AI to generate any of the prohibited categories above.
• Reselling or white-labeling the service without written permission — presenting SiteGlowUp as your own product, or marking up our subscription as your own hosting plan. (Agencies and freelancers are welcome: build and manage client sites on your own account or as an invited team member on your client's account, and bill for your services at any rate you like.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect for CSAM, fraud, malware, or imminent harm — no notice, no refund. For other violations we'll typically notify you first and give you a chance to remediate. We may also report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, registrars, and hosting providers as required by law or contract. Suspension or termination under this section does not entitle you to a refund of setup fees, monthly platform fees, or AWS pass-through costs already incurred.

11. Limitation of Liability

SiteGlowUp is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we can't guarantee that AI-generated content will be perfect, that your site will never go down, or that every DNS migration will be flawless. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll email you and post the new version here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, cancel your account — we won't make it hard.
